By engaging the design, layout planning, and textual mapping capabilities documented on this system, you enter into a binding relationship with the formal operator MARK JEFFREY CLEMENTS (referenced herein as the Contractor). If you do not explicitly accept the performance constraints described here, do not use our services.
2. Scope of Custom Deliverables
The Contractor produces distinct creative designs, copy wireframes, and raw localized structural code assets for corporate review. The Contractor does not provide legal representation, regulatory approvals, or direct automated software installations unless explicitly arranged in writing via formal separate contractual frameworks.
3. Governing Law & Local Jurisdiction
These corporate terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. Any legal challenges or arbitration parameters arising from professional interactions shall be processed within the formal legal courts located in Houston, Texas.
4. Absolute Absence of Prohibited Policy Elements
In full cooperation with systemic tracking rules, our custom content and service pipelines strictly exclude all deceptive business tactics, programmatic misrepresentation, high-yield investment systems, or multi-tiered verification loops. We deliver explicit, transparent transactional value.
